Started by Harriet Monroe in 1912, Poetry Magazine is the quintessential monthly poetry publication. Published by the Poetry Foundation in Chicago, each issue has poems, short prose, and some art or images. Since the beginning, Poetry has published the greats, as well as the new and upcoming poets of their generation. If you read poetry, you should read Poetry.
